College football rankings: Week 13, 2018

College football rankings for week 13 have been released. Alabama remains the top-ranked team, while UCF and Northwestern made big jumps in the polls.

The UCF Knights, who defeated then No. 24 Cincinnati 38-13, moved up three spots in the AP Poll to No. 8 and up two spots in the Coaches Poll to No. 9.

Northwestern, who won at Minnesota 24-14, jumped up four spots to No. 20 in the AP Poll and moved into the Coaches Poll at No. 21.

Army (23) and Pitt (24) both moved into the AP Poll this week, while Cincinnati (19) and Boston College (22) dropped out. The last time the Army Black Knights (9-2) were ranked in the AP Poll was 1996.

Northwestern (21), Fresno State (23), Army (24), and Pitt (25) all moved into the Coaches Poll while Iowa State (18), Cincinnati (20), Boston College (22), and UAB (25) fell out.

In the FCS Coaches Poll, North Dakota State remains No. 1. They are followed by (2) Kennesaw State, (3) Eastern Washington, (4) Weber State, and (5) South Dakota State.
