The Big 12 has announced their bowl lineup through the 2025 season, and it will remain the same as the last bowl cycle.
“The Conference’s bowl lineup provides premier destinations and exciting matchups for our institutions and supporters,” said Big 12 Commissioner Bob Bowlsby. “We are pleased to extend the relationship with our partners after the current term ends.”
The Big 12 will continue to send its champion to the Allstate Sugar Bowl to face the SEC champion. If the champion is selected for a College Football Playoff Semifinal spot in a year when the Sugar Bowl is not a host, then that team would play in another New Year’s Six game.
If the Big 12 champion is selected to a College Playoff Semifinal game, then the conference would send the runner-up to the Sugar Bowl to face an SEC opponent.
