AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas will host the Big 12 Football Championship game from 2017 through the 2021 season, the conference announced on Friday.

The Big 12 Football Championship game, last played in 2010 between division winners, will match the top two finishers in the overall conference standings.

“There is great anticipation with the return of the Big 12 Football Championship and we look forward to hosting the event in AT&T Stadium for the next five years,” said Big 12 Commissioner Bob Bowlsby. “The building is a state of the art facility and offers many amenities that will be enjoyed by our institutions and fans.”

The 2017 Big 12 Football Championship will be televised by FOX. The network will also broadcast the game in odd-numbered seasons through 2023.

ESPN will televise the Big 12 Football Championship in even-numbered seasons through 2024.

AT&T Stadium, the home of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys, has a seating capacity of 80,000 for football, but with standing room only it can hold 105,000.

The Big 12 Football Championship was held at AT&T Stadium in 2009 and 2010. The stadium was also the site of the 2015 College Football National Championship and currently hosts other football events such as the Cotton Bowl Classic, Advocare Classic, and Southwest Classic.
