The 2011 preseason AP Top 25 College Football Poll has been released and the Oklahoma Sooners top the rankings. Oklahoma received 36 first place votes and 1,464 total points.
The SEC has a record eight teams in the Top 25 poll to lead all conferences. The Big 12 and Big Ten are tied for second with four teams each. Listed below is the full conference breakdown:
